The Friends of Island Beach State Park will be holding their Spring general 
meeting on April 23 at 10 a.m. in the Interpretive Center.
The meeting will include a short business meeting, a presentation, information about upcoming events and volunteer opportunities, and an opportunity to mingle with friends. A catered brunch will be served and those planning to attend are asked to bring a dessert to share. A short meeting for those who would like to volunteer at the annual Beach Plum Festival in September will be held following.

Entry fee to the park for those attending the meeting will not be charged. Inform the gate attendant when entering that you are attending the Friends of Island Beach State Park meeting.
