We’ve been watching the forecasts and we are on for the Junior contest this Thursday AM. Conditions are forecasted to be in the 1-2′ range with clean conditions and offshore winds with a low tide at 9AM.
Thursdays contest is for contestants under 18 years of age.
Here are the event details:
Parking – Please park in the Ocean Bathing Area 2 lot and walk south on the beach.
Arrival Time – The contest starts at 7:30AM. First heat is at 8AM. The length and number of heats will depend upon the conditions and the final number of contestants.
Sun Protection – Please be sun smart and bring sun block, hats, umbrellas.
Concessions – We will have bottled water for sale at the event, please
bring food or visit our friends Jimmy’s Cucina at the concession stand.
