On Thursday, August 4th, the Friends of IBSP will once again be partnering with POAC for their Annual Autism Surf Day. It means so much to the families that we can do this every year and this event wouldn't be a success without amazing volunteers.
Volunteers are needed to help with setup, registration, and going into the water with the kids. If you would like to help out, please register here.
Entry to the Park will be free, but Friends of IBSP volunteers will be collecting donations at the gate.
Come visit the Friends at Swimming Area 1! We will have kids crafts and IBSP merchandise for sale. We will also be collecting donations at the gate.
Join in the first annual Clean Beach Initiative Fundraiser and Art Show. Local artists will showcase their work outside of Right Coast Surf Shop in Seaside Park from 12 - 6 on August 12th. Proceeds will benefit the Friends of IBSP and help to keep our beaches litter free.
The Barrier Island Classic JR. Tournament will return to IBSP on August 15. Date is subject to change based on waves and weather. The no wave day scheduled for August 16th. The boys' division will have two categories (<12 and 12-17). The girls division will have one category for all ages <17.
